In addition to the Bay Hills Swim Club's “Z” Shaped pool, children's water playground, slide, diving board, fully furnished deck, friendly staff, and social events for all ages, the Bay Hills Swim Team (BHST) offers our community a safe and fun environment for kids aged 4-18 to thrive in an inclusive team atmosphere.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide kids of various ages and abilities the opportunity to enhance their emotional, physical, social and educational well-being, while inspiring them to achieve their maximum potential through self-motivation, determination, good sportsmanship, and a lifelong love and lifestyle for the sport.
Greater Annapolis Swim League (GASL) Divisions
The Bay Hills Swim Team (The Barracudas) is under the Greater Annapolis Swim League, also know as GASL. The Barracudas will swim against teams in Division B for the 2025 summer swim season.

Eligibility
Swimmers must be 4-18 years of age as of June 1, 2025. They must be able to swim 25 meters, unaided, without stopping, standing or grabbing the side of the pool or lane lines. A two week period is offered to help swimmers adjust and become comfortable again in the pool. If a swimmer is unable to swim 25 meters unassisted or requires assistance in order to safely swim in the pool after two weeks, they will be removed from the team without a refund.
Parent Commitment
Parents must commit to volunteer at home, away, and championship meets. If you are unable to fulfill your job(s), then you are responsible for finding another family to cover for you. Any switches of volunteer jobs need to be communicated to the volunteer coordinator. If the required jobs for your family are not fulfilled within the season, there will be a $100 fee charged to your account at the end of the season. Please make sure that you and your child(ren) are comfortable with these requirements before signing up.
