Practices for the 2026 season will begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2026

Age groups practice daily for 45-60 minutes, depending on age.

Evening practices will run until Tuesday, June 16th

Once school is out, we will switch to morning practices on Wednesday, June 17th

There will be 5 dual-meets throughout this season: 3 at home, and 2 away. GASL then hosts 3 Championship Meets - Bronze, Silver and Gold. For more information regarding meets, click the "Meets" tab.
