Volunteer Requirements
Family participation is required for a successful summer swim season and is essential to foster a shared sense of community. Volunteering also ensures a fun and meaningful team experience. One Team, One Goal!
Each family is required to earn 10 volunteer points throughout the regular season. We will provide a variety of opportunities so families have choices and flexibility over the course of the season. All jobs working a swim meet will be 2 points each per half, while all non-swim meet jobs (eg. socials/team activities) will be 1 point each.
In addition to the above 10 points. If your swimmer(s) are swimming in one of the 3 Championship meets be prepared to volunteer. Any job that is not filled will be assigned by random draw from the pool of families who have swimmers participating in said Championship meet.
Families that have not earned the required points by the end of the season will be automatically charged $100
