Barracudas!

Our Mock Meet is this Saturday, 6/8, and the Meet Entry function is now open so you can now sign-up and let us know if you are coming. The deadline to declare your intent and select events for the Mock Meet is 3pm on Thursday 6/6.   We have now actually opened up all of the remaining regular season dual meets, so please take time now to let us know what meets you will attend.

The process to sign-up for meets involves a few easy steps and takes just minutes. 

Step 1 - log into SwimTopia

Step 2 - under Volunteer Signup, click Signup Calendar

Step 4 - Locate the Mock Meet scheduled for June 8, 2024 

Step 5 - Click the green Meet Signup or Meet Entry button

Step 6 - Below your child's name, click Edit, and from the dropdown, select Not attending this meet OR Attending this meet.

Please note - it is critical that you complete this step for all of the posted meets.  If your swimmer is (undeclared), we assume you are NOT coming.  The Bay Hills coaches will only put your swimmer in the meet if they are listed as 'Attending this meet'.

 Per GASL rules, each swimmer may swim up to four (4) events, in any combination of Individual and Relay events.  Please sign up your swimmer(s) to swim the events they would like to do, however the Coaches will make the final decision.
