Following up an our previous email regarding Swimtopia and signing up for Mock Meet, etc.  Apologies for any confusion the message may have caused!

Swimtopia is the Team management software program we use to run our Team website and swim meets. This is the program everyone used for swim team registration – if you registered, you have a Swimtopia account for Bay Hills. Parents and swimmers can access Swimtopia through the Bay Hills Swim Club website or through the Swimtopia smartphone app (see below).

The app is very convenient and great for communication and looking up Team info, however we do recommend using your website-based account for swim meet & volunteer sign-ups.

Once logged in to the Swimtopia site, please follow the guidance in our previous email to declare your swimmer’s intent to attend the Mock Meet, and select your desired events. The deadline for the Mock Meet is Thursday 3pm. Please reach out to the Coaches with any questions or need for assistance.
