Hi Everyone! Hope everyone is doing well and is looking forward to a great swim season! I am sending out this email to breakdown and explain what our swim clinics are and how they will be run this year.

Our stroke clinics run every week during the swim season Monday-Friday only. They are from 10:15-10:45am. We have some of our older swimmers that volunteer to help out with the clinics so if you decide to sign your kid up for a clinic they will be with one of our older swimmers. Each session is $5 and that money goes to the older swimmer that your child worked with for that session.

The way that I have organized this years clinic is every Saturday morning I am going to send out a spreadsheet that shows what older swimmers are available to help out each day that week and what stroke they specialize in. On this spreadsheet you will indicate what older swimmers you would like to sign up for and explain what you want your child to get help with as well as what day you are signing up for. This spreadsheet will close Sunday at 5pm so that way I have time to send the older swimmers the information they need for the week to ensure they know what days they are helping out and with what child. This will run for the entire summer with the same format.
