Are we ready to tame the Mustangs??? Hunt Meadow will be a competitive Team, BUT SO ARE WE!!!! The meet should be very close so let's get psyched!

The Heat Sheet for tomorrow’s meet is attached. Parents and swimmers – please check which events you are swimming, especially the relays at the beginning and end of the meet. We need everyone that is on a relay to be there! Your swimmer’s events may be a little different from what you requested at sign-up, and that may be for a few reasons – needed them in a different event, not legal stroke yet…

• Report time - 7:15am
• Warm-up time (in the water) - 7:55 - 8:20am Coaches will need to divide our Team into 2 warm-up groups. 11&Unders first, from 7:55 – 8:05; then 12&Up, from 8:05 – 8:20am
• Volunteer Check-in Time – 8:05am
• Officials and Timers meeting – 8:10am
• Team Cheers – 8:20 – 8:25am
• Meet start time - 8:30am

Parking, Seating & Concessions info

The parking lot fills quickly, but they have off-street parking within the neighborhood. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Seating: When you walk into the pool entrance, make an immediate right towards the shallow area of the pool. The shallow area of the pool is off-limits, and will be roped off. Please bring some type of shade or cover, such as a tent. We may be able to create a ‘tent city’, just not sure of the terrain and how big the area is.

Concessions: Cash, Zelle or Venmo. BRING WATER OR FLUIDS!!!! A refillable water bottle is recommended!!!!

Again, the meet appears to be very close on paper. But what the paper doesn't know is WE HAVE HEART AND HEART MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!!!
