We are still gathering all of the results from last night's finish to the Bronze Meet, and will send them out soon, but we wanted to share some important information about this weekend's Silver and Gold Medal Meets.

Silver Meet

• Date/Time: 7/20/2024 8:30am
• Location: Ulmstead Pool
• Arrival Time: 7:10am
• Bay Hills Warm-up Time: 7:30 - 7:45am
• Parking: Ulmstead has a small parking lot.  If the lot is full, please park along the neighborhood streets. DO NOT park along the road entering the pool parking lot.  And please do not block private driveways.  
• Team Seating: Bay Hills will be seated near the Concession area and large swing set.  Please bring chairs and tents (if you have one).
• Concessions: Ulmstead will run concessions but we do not have payment method info. We assume they accept cash and Venmo.  BRING LOTS OF WATER!!!!! 

Gold Meet

• Date/Time: 7/21/2024 8:30am
• Location: Hillsmere Pool
• Arrival Time: 7:10am
• Bay Hills Warm-up Time: 7:30 - 7:45am
• Parking: Hillsmere has a small parking lot, which will be designated for Handicapped and Coaches. Please see attached meet notice which includes a parking map (satellite view). There will be shuttles if you park in the Key School overflow lot.
• Team Seating: Bay Hills will be seated in the field area where we had to park for our dual-meet against them. Please bring chairs and tents (if you have one).
• Concessions: Hillsmere will run concessions - cash and Venmo are accepted. BRING LOTS OF WATER!!!!! 
• Charity - Hillsmere will be accepting non-perishable and hygiene items to support the Eastport United Methodist Church. Collection will be taken near the ping pong table (on deck).

Please let us know as soon as possible if anyone entered in either meet will be unable to swim.
