Good morning Barracudas!

WOW!! What a meet!!!!  The vibe and energy on deck was so positive!  And lots of great swims, including lots of Gold and Silver meet qualifiers and 3 new Bay Hills records!  Congratulations to TJ Russ for breaking Noah Yanchulis' 2011 Men's 100m Individual Medley Team record of 1:08.18!  TJ swam a time of 1:07.80 and was only 0.2 seconds off the Pool record!  Way to go TJ!  And congratulations to both Bay Hills 150m Free relays!  The Men broke the BHPR of 1:35.90 previously set in 2012, swimming a time of 1:34.53. Way to go Sev Freedman, Lucas Johnson, Logan Gondak and TJ Russ!!!  The Women's relay of Gwen Davis, Hollyn Roland, Ella Hoff and Lizzie Stevens broke the 2024 BHPR of 1:43.31, with a time of 1:42.65!! Congrats ladies!!!  And the Barracudas earned our first win of the summer!  Go Team!!

This week is a bye week, so no meet on Saturday.  Friday is the Independence Day/July 4th holiday, but we will have practice so try and attend.  We will also have clinics this week, except for Monday.  Look for sign-up information to come out later today.  

The meet sign-ups are open for our remaining dual meets against Severn River and Indian Landing.  Please declare your swimmer's intent to attend, and select events now so the coaches can start to prepare the line-ups.
