Weare keeping an eye on the weather and in touch with the pool management staff. As a matter of policy, we follow the pool’s inclement weather protocols and will always keep our swimmers’ safety in mind.

I understand the pool is currently under a thunder delay for 30 minutes. Each incidence of thunder resets the 30 minute delay. If there is lightning, we generally cancel practices as the entire pool enclosure has to be cleared.

We will continue to push out alerts as the afternoon goes on. But there’s a saying - “ If you don’t like the weather in Maryland, just wait 5 minutes - it’ll change.”!!
