Good afternoon Barracudas,

With the summer temps starting to 'heat up' (sorry, my 1 Dad joke for the day!), I wanted to share GASL's Heat Policy with everyone for awareness-purposes.

Please review the attached guidance and let the Coaches know if you have any questions or concerns.  It is written specific for meet operations, however we will apply any pertinent protocols to our practices, as well.

It is hot today, so if you have any concerns with your swimmer participating in practice today, please reach out.  We always encourage strong hydration habits, so bring your water bottles to practice today!!
