Happy Juneteenth!  Thinking of all this day represents and honoring it's meaning!

Here is the information for tomorrow's meet against Evergreen, along with the Heat and Psych sheets.  It's going to be a very close meet - every race, every place!!! 

Please plan to arrive on deck by 7am, and note the meet timeline below:

• 11 & Under Warm Up: 7:25am - 7:37am
• 12 & Up Warm Up: 7:38am - 7:50am
• Start time: 8:00am
• Estimated end-time: 12:15pm

General Info

• The pool address is 219 Sycamore Road, Severna Park 21146. They have a small parking lot, so most families will need to park on the street. Please be mindful of where you park and do not block driveways. There is plenty of parking on Sycamore, the side streets and cul de sacs. Any “no parking” areas are clearly marked.
• Our team will sit on the side of the pool to the right when you first enter, including the diving well area. Their team sits on the far side of the pool. Please don’t sit in the baby pool area. You’re encouraged to bring chairs, and there’s room for pop-up tents on the pool deck.
• They will have a cash/venmo/paypal concession stand open the entire meet. Donuts, coffee, cold drinks, taco in a bag, hot dogs, hamburgers, candy, and more will be available!
• SHARPIE ALERT! Sharpie on swimmers' backs transfers to the deck chairs, creating a tough mess to be cleaned up after the meet. We are asking swimmers not to use Sharpie on their backs or other surfaces that would touch a chair. Our cleanup crew thanks you!

• Officials meeting at 7:40 AM by the flag pole.
• Timers meeting at 7:40 AM by the starter area

All Volunteers need to check-in with Meghan Davis upon arrival, and be sure to know when you need to report for duty.  The 2nd half Volunteers will start their shift after Event #29 - Girls 9-10 Backstroke.

Please note: The Evergreen pool is not deep enough for diving, so we are doing "in-water" starts at each end of the pool.  We practiced this today, and are ready!!!
