Good evening Barracudas!

A number of Bay Hills Pool records were broken on Wednesday. Severn River broke 3 individual event records and our Women's 150 Free Relay broke our own Pool record! Congratulations to Gwen Davis, Ellie Olyashevsky, Evelyn Self and Lizzie Stevens who swam a time of 1:40.47, breaking the previous 2025 record of 1:42.65. WAY TO GO!!!!
This week, we will continue to prepare for our final dual meet of the season against Bay Ridge as well as start to finalize our Bronze, Silver and Gold Meet lineups. The meet against Bay Ridge is this Saturday, at Bay Hills. This will be the last opportunity swimmers will have to make a qualifying time for either the Silver or Gold Meets. If your swimmer wants to swim a certain event, and try to qualify, please add a note when you sign your swimmer up. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. The Bay Ridge meet sign-up closes tomorrow, Tuesday 7/7, at 5pm.
The Bronze, Silver and Gold Meets are now live on our meet schedule page. To see what your swimmer has qualified for, please click into each meet and check their events. Swimmers must select which Medal Meet this wish to participate in, and swimmers are only able to swim in one meet, only in the events they have qualified for. Please reach out with any questions.
This Friday is busy with exciting events! In the morning, Tie Dyes after Practice and in the evening, our final Pep Rally!! Swimmers - please bring in a t-shirt to tie dye after your practice group on Friday morning.
Thank you!
Coaches Ella, Lizzie, Marley and Dean
