If you are attending the Gold Meet tomorrow, at Bay Ridge, attached please find the Meet Notice and Heat Sheet.  The Meet Notice has information about parking, concessions, Team staging, etc.

Please arrive by 7:15am, warn-ups are at 7:45am.

practices are cancelled for today.  The rain is heavy enough to prevent us from seeing the bottom of the pool, and the main drain.
